I’m Here to Help
I welcome individuals, couples, and families as clients; regardless of race, religion, or gender. A person who seeks counseling may be experiencing a wide range of difficulties and I am here to meet you in that challenge to walk with you.
Service Fees
I do not accept insurance at this time. Clients are responsible for payment at the time of service. Receiving quality services is important to me and I never want financial contraints to be a barrier to treatment; therefore, payment plans are also an option. In certain circumstances, you may qualify for a lower fee.
The Initial Evaluation is $225. Ongoing Individual Therapy sessions are $175. Ongoing Couple/Family Sessions are $200.
Confidentiality & Privacy
Your relationship here is held in the strictest confidence. Confidentiality and privacy practice forms are provided and reviewed at your first session.
Payment Options?
I accept payment via cash, check, debit or credit cards, FSA and HSA plans. I do not accept insurance at this time. However, if you receive out of network (OON) benefits from your insurance coverage I can offer a receipt with appropriate details for you to request reimbursement from your insurance carrier if applicable.
Therapy Sessions?
The Ongoing individual sessions are 50 minutes in length depending on your needs and treatment plan. Couples sessions are scheduled for one hour. Typically you will meet with your therapist weekly. Confidential in-person sessions or via secure telehealth interactive video (for Nebraska residents) are available depending on your needs and circumstances. The overall duration of therapy depends on your individual needs. This is something that will be discussed and worked on together with your therapist to determine the best course of action for you.
The Initial First Session?
The Initial Evaluation session is $225 scheduled for one hour. It is used to gather information regarding your current situation along with your past to gain a full understanding of you and your wants and needs for therapy.
Wellness Plan?
The treatment plan is developed between you and the counselor. This plan will include the goals of therapy. This may include referring you to a primary care physician to rule out any medical concerns to facilitate a full wellness plan.
Is Therapy Confidential?
Your relationship and services are held in the strictest confidence according to HIPPA guidelines. Privacy practices will be provided at your initial session.
When working with minors, confidentiality continues to be an important component within the therapeutic realtionship. Therefore parents/guardians are provided with general updates as requested. If there is a safety concern a parent/guardian will be asked to join for part of the session and the client will be encouraged to disclose this information directly. I will work with your family to develop an appropriate safety plan or intervention.
